Hello,
I’m a public servant and a mother of a 4-year-old child.
A few months ago, I was caught up in the Gwanghwamun Dungeon Break incident.
As a public servant at the Central Management Bureau, I drop my child off at the daycare in the same building when I go to work, and during office hours, the dungeon break occurred.

Due to security and confidentiality reasons, I can’t go into detail, but if it weren’t for Jeong Da-on, my child might not be here today.
Later, my child said that a beautiful older sister appeared like a hero and that she wasn’t scared at all. (She’s currently undergoing child therapy, as we were concerned about any potential trauma.)
I’m extremely grateful, but...
I couldn’t contact her directly, and since I’m a public servant and busy with follow-ups, several months have already passed.
But recently, when I had some free time and was browsing the internet, I came across several posts about Jeong Da-on’s personality.
Videos from graduation... battle videos...
And there were so many posts criticizing Jeong Da-on, even though it hadn’t been long since she returned from being missing.
There are some who aren’t criticizing her, but because there’s so much hate, it really upset me. Even the broadcast programs were saying strange things...
That’s why I’m writing this post.
Jeong Da-on is not someone who deserves to be criticized.
I have to say this again, I wasn’t in my right mind back then ^^;;
I acted like a crazy person, and yet, she still kindly stepped up to save my child.
Looking back, I wonder what I was asking of a young adult...
If it had been me, would I have risked my life to save someone?
I keep thinking about that.
As a parent, I can’t help but reflect on my own actions and be grateful.
I’m also posting proof shots (a photo from the Gwanghwamun Dungeon Break site and my child’s hospital receipt).
Even if some people still criticize, I’m posting this in hopes that Jeong Da-on won’t be hated as she is my lifesaver.

As an active hunter, this post makes me mad. You wrote this from your perspective, yet look at this... you asked the hunters to help, ignoring safety rules. The writer should reflect too. There’s a reason why they said not to act rashly. Please follow the guidelines, especially since you’re a public servant!
