Lin felt a tickling sensation on his chest.

Something soft yet firm was slowly exploring his body.

"Mmm."

As he shifted slightly in his sleep, the tickling sensation disappeared.

But only for a moment. As Lin settled back into a comfortable position, the sensation resumed, traveling across his body.

It was becoming increasingly bothersome, so Lin reached out and pressed down gently on whatever was on his chest.

It felt like a soft tuft of fur.

As he stroked it gently, the tuft seemed to calm down, only to focus its attention on one particular spot.

Lucy flinched and averted her eyes.

"N-not really?"

"That’s a relief."

Still not fully awake, Lin decided to close his eyes again, hoping to catch a bit more sleep before the grogginess completely faded.

As his breathing slowed, Lucy cautiously extended her tongue again, but before she could proceed, an unfamiliar voice interrupted them.

"Lucyena's statement is not entirely accurate. While it’s true that there wasn’t much sweat in the front, his back is soaked, with the sheets thoroughly wet."

"?!"
