160-10 jump
Not a single speck of lightning flame could penetrate the space around the passerby. He smiled as he watched the lightning flame dissipate on its own. Hei Mo, by sheer luck, was struggling to rise from the receding lightning flame. In the instant he was engulfed, he used his lightning flame sword to absorb much of the lightning flame.
Hei Mo staggered towards Mo Bei, raised his sword, and aimed it at the bleeding Mo Bei.
The first sword strike pierced Mo Bei's right hand. Hei Mo tried to stay conscious by roasting his already charred skin with lightning flames, but with his flesh burned off, there was no way he could stay awake by roasting himself. Hei Mo pulled out his sword.
The second sword strike, a slash aimed straight for the head, unfortunately, Hei Mo could no longer hold on and immediately fainted. His entire body collapsed beside Mo Bei, the sword falling to the side with a clanging sound.
The passersby above watched quietly.
A few minutes later, Mo Bei woke up. Fortunately, his radiant form continuously restored his life force; otherwise, given the amount of blood loss he had suffered, he certainly wouldn't have survived.
The passerby saw Mo Bei awaken, pointed his finger, and the area of the floor and ceiling surrounded by the seven pillars was instantly cleared without a trace. His voice came from the high heavens, ethereal: "Ascend or descend. Friendly reminder: No flying."
Mo Bei scratched his head and stood up. After recovering, he looked at the empty room above, only able to see seven pillars. Looking down, he saw only seven pillars as well, but he was reluctant to leave after digging the tunnel for so long, so he decided to go down anyway. The passerby looked exasperated: "This brain circuitry! If you're going down there, why give you a choice of rooms above?" Although Mo Bei didn't hear him, he understood and immediately stopped what he was doing.
Mo Bei withdrew his foot, which had been reaching down, and began to figure out how to get up. He looked around, finally settling on a pillar.
Mo Bei reached out and was about to climb when he discovered the pillar was very smooth; his hand slipped off as soon as he grabbed it. Mo Bei had no choice but to withdraw his hand. After thinking for a while, he decided to summon lightning flames to see if he could burn it so he could climb it. (I originally wanted to complain, but out of respect for the protagonist, I'm too lazy to type it out.)
Mo Bei continued to roast the pillar, and once it turned black, he touched it to check if it was hot enough. He then placed his palm on it to see if he could grip it, and found that he could. So he began to climb over it while it burned. A passerby who witnessed this withdrew his hand from the pillar and placed Lin Shuangye at the very bottom.
Mo Bei was exhausted after climbing halfway up the mountain: "I'm so tired, my hands can't hold on anymore, what should I do?" So he tried to hug a pillar, hoping it would make things easier, but the pillar was large and smooth, causing him to slowly fall.
Upon realizing he was falling, Mo Bei panicked and summoned Lei Yan again, trying to heat the pillar to increase friction. He also squeezed his legs tightly together, but nothing worked, and he still slipped down.
Mo Bei felt he was almost at the ground and finally decided to give up, letting out a soft sigh: "Sigh, I can't stop it. It's like some people want to leave, and you can't keep them." The smoke from his palm rubbed against the pillar, creating countless sparks, leaving a black handprint on it. The passerby saw this and was about to warn him, but it was too late: Mo Bei plopped down on the Frosty Night Pillar: "Ah!" A mournful cry echoed through the Seven Senses Hall. The passerby's vision went black again: "It's a human..." Loamaya never imagined it could be played like this.
After being pricked in the buttocks, Mo Bei quickly climbed up a short distance, proving that even in pain, one still has strength. As a result, Mo Bei slowly descended, but he swung his legs, attempting to kick Lin Shuangye away.
Mo Bei kicked Frosty Nightfall over, sending it sprawling to the ground and sending a cloud of white debris flying. Mo Bei slid to the ground with the debris, then walked over and picked up Frosty Nightfall. Then it occurred to him, "Since this thing can dig tunnels, it can also help me find a place to stay!" Not bad, his intelligence was still returning.
As Mo Bei walked back, his foot got stuck in a small crater in the ground, causing him to twist his ankle. A passerby, already watching intently, remarked, "I don't recall the Seven Consciousnesses Hall setting up bad luck; there's a second trial."
Mo Bei limped to the pillar and plunged the Frosty Night into it, embedding it a full radius into the pillar.
Mo Bei used his left hand to roast the pillar and his right hand to stab it. It wasn't the optimal solution, but it was enough to get him up there. However, he quickly failed: he couldn't pull out the Frosty Night's Darkness pillar, so he simply slid down a short distance before trying to pull it out again. A passerby, seeing this, immediately had a bad feeling.
Mo Bei repeated the action, exclaiming, "This is so comfortable! I used to live such miserable lives. This is how technology changes lives!" Then, humming an unknown tune, he reached the very top.
Mo Bei looked at the platform, which was still half a meter away from him. His feet were on the Frosty Night, and his left hand reached out as far as he could… Hey! He could grab it, and even get stuck on it. Seeing this, one could only say: this was already recorded in the Giant Rift, only without Yan Fuxue's ice wall to assist him.
Mo Bei tentatively tested the waters, when suddenly! The opening that the Frosty Night had created connected, splitting the pillar in two from top to bottom. The point of leverage vanished instantly, and Mo Bei fell heavily to the ground, not forgetting to say, "Ugh, I feel like my bones are going to break! Kids, don't try these dangerous moves!" He really made me cry.
Mo Bei took a long time to get up, circled around to find another pillar, and prepared to repeat the same mistake.
As soon as Mo Bei plunged the object into the pillar, he realized, "If I do what I did last time, I'll fall and hurt myself again. If I try again, the pillars might really run out, and I'll never be able to get to the room upstairs again. So... I have to pull this thing out completely." After Mo Bei plunged the object into the pillar, he struggled to pull it out, then switched to using his left hand to plunge it in and pull it out, while his right hand gripped the hole he had created.
This time, Mo Bei actually learned a bit smarter! Knowing it would slip and be hard to grip, it specially spun around and made a small groove so it could hold on! Congratulations!
And so, he returned to that spot.
Mo Bei reached for the steps with his left hand, but just as he touched them, he realized the ground was slippery. So he used his right hand, Frosty Night, to carefully raise and chisel downwards, carving out a place to grab onto, almost falling in the process.
Mo Bei is now gripping tightly with his left hand and starting to chisel with his right, his entire body dangling in mid-air. If he falls now, he will go straight to the lowest room, and the outcome is unknown…
